SKW Fistball ¬ News from 16/02/2008                                                   

 

The new Fistball season started

 

with competitive season opening tournament on Saturday and SKW 1 managed to grab another title in the first Division. SKW 1 played the Swakopmund representative SFC. Although all three sets were won by the SKW they were not able to dominate proceedings. SFC kept the score close finally losing 10:12, 10:12 and 9:11 and can consider themselves unlucky not to have won at least one set.

 

The other SKW sides did not make it into the top three in either the first or second Division. Special mention must be made of SKW 4. The team consisted entirely of u18 girls.

 

Fistball practice takes place Mondays and Wednesdays from 18h30 until 20h30 on the SKW Fistball field. Beginners are welcome. For more information contact Sven (Cell. 081 127 8939) or Michael (Cell. 081 272 5738)
